We offer self-pay options for clients without insurance coverage. Contact our office to discuss rates and any available payment arrangements.

Your first appointment typically includes an intake conversation where we learn more about your history and goals, so we can build a treatment plan that fits your needs. Our office will let you know ahead of time if there’s anything specific to bring or complete.
Yes — appointments can be rescheduled or canceled by contacting our office. We recommend giving as much advance notice as possible.
We offer Individual Counseling, Group Counseling, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Forward-Facing Trauma Therapy, and Virtual Reality Exposure Therapy, along with device-based treatments like NeuroStar TMS and Alpha-Stim.
Individual and group counseling are talk-therapy approaches led directly by a clinician. NeuroStar TMS and Alpha-Stim are non-invasive, device-based treatments that work differently and are typically considered when other approaches haven’t provided enough relief.
