Care for the whole family, after school and after work

Families often need care that fits around school pick-up and work. Our weekday hours run until 7 p.m., and we are open on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. That makes after-school and weekend sessions possible for children and teens, and evening sessions possible for parents.

For young children, ask about Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), where caregivers are coached in real time while they play with their child. For adults, individual and group counseling are available, and so are NeuroStar TMS and Alpha-Stim for those who need in-person treatment. Not sure where your family should start? The first conversation is meant to answer that.

Asking for help early is not a sign that your family is failing. Many families call because something is changing, such as sleep, school, mood or behavior, and they want to understand it. A first conversation lets you describe what you are seeing, and a clinician can suggest whether individual, family-centered or group support is a sensible next step.
