Family Trauma Treatment Center (FTTC) respects your privacy. This policy explains what this website (fttc-nv.com) collects and how it is used. It covers the website only. Information you share with your clinician as a client is covered by our Notice of Privacy Practices and by professional and legal confidentiality rules.

What the website collects

• Forms. If you send a request through a form we collect the details you type: name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, your message (optional), and your confirmation that we may contact you. For the camp form this also includes a parent name, contact details, and your child’s name and age.
• Technical data. To block spam we use your IP address to rate-limit requests; we store it only as a one-way hash, not in readable form.
• Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Tag Manager measures how pages are used. It is not loaded until you accept, and we do not use it on pages with appointment forms. See our Cookie Policy.

Please do not send medical details through the website

Form messages are not a secure clinical channel. Do not include diagnoses, symptoms, medications, insurance numbers or other health details. We collect what we need securely after we speak with you.

How we use and store it

• To reply to your request and schedule an appointment.
• To notify our staff. Staff emails do not include your message by default; staff open the secure admin area to read it.
• To keep a contact record in our email service (Brevo): your name, email address, phone number and which form you used. Your message is not sent to it.
• Form submissions are stored encrypted in our database and kept only as long as needed to respond to you and keep business records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run the website, email and analytics described above, or as required by law.

Children

The website is meant for adults and for parents or guardians acting for a child. We do not knowingly collect information from children without a parent or guardian.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies in the banner. To ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent through the website, contact us below.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a new date.
